The goal is to create a discussion on a particular topic by quickly generating different opinions pair groups. It can also be used as a tool for participants to get to know each other better.

The participants are situated in two rows facing each other in pairs.  Each couple greets each other and then starts discussing a specified issue or question. After approximately three minutes one of the rows moves down one seat, so everybody gets a new partner. Continue this process for three rounds.
